Teacher Needed in Daejeon, Korea

Taejon International Language School (TILS) is a reputable English Academy in Daejeon. Our English
Kindergarten program is expanding, and we are looking for qualified and enthusiastic individual. In addition, we
are seeking a teacher for our already established afternoon elementary program.

TILS requires 1 part-time teacher to begin ASAP(M/W/F4:00~7:00, T/Th4:30~8:10), and 1 full-time teacher at the
end of June(Morning).
Applicants must be native speakers of English, and a Bachelor of Education degree is preferred. Gyopos are
welcome.

Hours of work:

Kindergarten - 9:15am - 2:45pm Monday through Friday (includes preparation time and lunch time). If you wish,
additional classroom hours are available, to be paid at an established hourly rate in addition to your
salary.

Afternoons - 4:00-7:00 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 4:30-7:15 Tuesday and Thursday.

Salary: 2.0 million won per month. This is negotiable depending on
qualifications and experience.

Housing: Furnished studio apartment within walking distance of the school.
Vacation: 2 paid weeks' vacation per year (usually 1 week in the summer
and 1 week in the winter). National holidays are paid. Additional unpaid
vacation time is negotiable.

E2 Visa: All teachers will be provided an E2 visa. For those applying
within Korea, TILS will pay for your trip to Japan to complete the visa
process.

Air Fare: For those applying outside of Korea, airfare will be provided.
Severance: One month's salary to be paid upon completion of 1-year
contract.
