Established in 1995, WILS has earned its reputation for excellence in our 12 years of providing language instruction to Korean children and adults. WILS is located in an area of Seoul called Mok-dong. Mok-dong offers a calmer residential environment with transportation access and amenities for everyday life.

Today a large staff of native speaking teachers from around the globe provides language instruction to over 1000 students at our one and only location. Being located at one site keeps us "small" even though our popularity is big. You won't be just another nameless faceless teacher in a large chain here. You don’t have to worry about communication problems with our English speaking administrative staff. We're a family run school that is committed to insuring that our teachers' experiences are just as rewarding as the students'. Job description:
* Schedule- Afternoons and evenings. No weekends and no split shifts.
* Classroom- While we have students of all ages, the majority of them are elementary and middle school students. Maximum of 10 per class. You will have your own classroom for the duration of the year.
* Curriculum- Set curriculum with flexibility for creativity.
* Salary- based on experience and education. Guaranteed W1,900,000 minimum.

One year renewable contracts with benefits:
* Round trip airfare
* Medical insurance
* Fully furnished single & shared housing (includes furniture, electronics, kitchen necessities, washer) walking distance to school
* One week paid vacation
* Severance pay (equals monthly salary)

Assistance for the work visa process is provided. The following is required:
- University degree
- Sealed university transcripts
- Valid passport
- 4 passport size photos

Must have Bachelor’s degree to apply. Related education and/or experience working with children preferred.
